Policies

Adverse Weather

Wildlife Warriors ensures all camp and session locations have appropriate shelters for safety during storms or heavy rain. Sessions will only be canceled in rare and extreme circumstances. If a session proceeds as scheduled but you choose not to attend, the standard rescheduling policy applies.

Communicable Diseases Policy

To safeguard all participants, any child displaying symptoms of communicable diseases should not attend sessions. Parents must notify us promptly if their child falls ill. Missed sessions due to illness may be rescheduled as per our rescheduling policy, subject to availability and with a valid medical certificate.

Data Protection

Wildlife Warriors adheres to strict confidentiality guidelines. Personal data collected is used only for operational purposes and will not be shared without prior consent.

Haze

Sessions will be canceled if the PSI (Pollutant Standards Index) exceeds a hazardous level of 200. In such cases, rescheduling or credits will be offered. Refunds will not be available.

Safety and Accident Reporting

All incidents will be documented and addressed immediately. Wildlife Warriors follows established safety protocols and ensures all staff are trained in first aid.

Safe Use of Tools Policy

Children will be supervised at all times while using tools. Instructions on safe use will be provided, and age-appropriate tools will be used.

Fire Policy

Campfires are conducted under strict supervision, and all participants are briefed on fire safety. Only trained staff will light and manage fires.

Use of Photographs and Videos Policy

Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional and educational purposes. Parents will provide consent upon registration. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing.

Child Safeguarding

The safety and well-being of children are our utmost priority. All staff are trained to follow strict child safeguarding procedures.

General Terms and Conditions

Right to Update Terms
Wildlife Warriors reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Safety-related updates will take effect immediately. Other changes will require customer acknowledgment before the commencement of any new program.

Compliance with Regulations
When using public or shared spaces, Wildlife Warriors adheres to applicable rules and regulations.

Liability for Personal Items
Wildlife Warriors is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions or camps.

Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete the appropriate waiver before attending any program. Waivers vary by program type and will be provided during registration.

Information Accuracy
Wildlife Warriors will provide accurate descriptions of all programs and services via our website or communications. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this information thoroughly.

Customer Responsibility
Parents are responsible for reading and understanding the guidelines provided for their selected programs or services. Wildlife Warriors is not liable for any misunderstanding arising from failure to do so.

Refunds and Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling or credit may be offered in specific cases outlined below.

Rescheduling Policy

General Rescheduling

Camps: 7 days' notice required.

Weekly Programs: Subject to availability and must be rescheduled within the term.

 
In the event Wildlife Warriors needs to reschedule a session due to operational reasons or during holiday periods such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, or other major holidays, customers will be offered alternative dates or credits. Refunds will not be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

For illness or injury, credit valid for 12 months may be issued upon receipt of a medical certificate.

Booking Errors
Customers have a 48-hour grace period to report and correct booking mistakes. Refunds may be issued in these cases, minus any payment processing fees. Changes are subject to availability.

Make-Up Sessions

Camps: Make-up sessions are not offered for missed camp days.

Weekly Programs: One make-up session per 4 session package or two for 12 sessions package and beyond. Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled during the final week of term.

Make-Up Session Options

Sibling Allocation: Make-up sessions can be used by siblings.

Friend Transfers: Make-up sessions may be transferred to friends as a trial for Wildlife Warriors programs.

Cancellations by Wildlife Warriors

Operational Reasons
If Wildlife Warriors cancels a session due to operational issues, customers will receive a choice of rescheduling or a full/partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Circumstances Beyond Control
For cancellations due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events, rescheduling or credit will be provided. Refunds will not be issued.

Programme-Specific Terms

Trial Sessions
Parents new to Wildlife Warriors are encouraged to book a trial session before committing to a full-term program.

Replacements for Camps and Programs
If a child cannot attend, parents may find a suitable replacement of the correct age before the program start date. Wildlife Warriors is not responsible for fund transfers between parents in such cases.

Attendance Expectations

Wildlife Warriors encourages 100% attendance to ensure continuity and the full benefit of the program. Sporadic attendance may affect the overall experience and tailored nature of our sessions.

Location Changes

Wildlife Warriors reserves the right to adjust locations as necessary. Customers unable to attend a rescheduled session due to location changes may use a make-up session or receive a partial refund for camps.
